Evelyn + Carlos got engaged last year and love traveling to Mexico when they can. They wanted a location that embodied the western flare of their favorite town in Mexico, Zacatecas. Since we couldn’t travel down south, I suggested Joshua Tree, as they had never been and it totally fit the western vibe they were going for.

Their wedding is this year and will have Mexican influences so they wanted engagement photos that could serve as save the dates. With that in mind, we met at Hidden Valley at sundown and had such a great time shooting and hanging out.
