This South Lake Tahoe elopement was such a wonderful celebration. When Julie and Morgan first reached out they knew they wanted to share their vows overlooking Emerald Bay with their closest friends and family, take awesome photos, and celebrate with a beer and pretzel!

I shared ideas, locations, and recommendations, and it all came together so smoothly!

We met at their rental, which had incredible views of the mountains. The family was staying there too, so it was a great laid back ambiance, both Julie and Morgan got ready on separate floors, Taylor Swift was playing in the background, all in all it was a great getting ready vibe.

Once ready, we caravanned over to the ceremony location which overlooks Emerald Bay. We set up the first look with the help of Morgan’s mom and aunt. Then the ceremony was led by Julie’s sister, it was such a sweet ceremony.

Julie and Morgan did want to prioritize their dinner at a certain start time, so the timeline did start earlier in the day when the sun was at it’s peak. Although it was bright, we made it work- and it was still so beautiful!

We then had a great time exploring and taking portraits at Lower and Eagle Falls.

Finally, to celebrate we made our way over to Stateline brewery for drinks, dinner, and of course a pretzel
