Belle + Steve

Belle and Steve are one of the sweetest, funnest, adventurous, and free spirited couples I’ve had the pleasure of hanging out with. It was a long journey for their day to finally happen, Belle had reached out to me since 2019 of her dream of road-tripping across America and eloping in the desert. However given the whole COVID situation plus the fact that they live in the United Kingdom, they legally couldn’t fly in!!!

Well it finally happened and they came across the pond for 2 weeks to road-trip from LA to Joshua Tree, to the Grand Canyon, Utah, Lake Powell, Las Vegas, and even Yosemite.

I met them at their beautiful Airbnb. Belle wanted the day to feel organic and easy going, so we scheduled plenty of time to get ready, listen to music, drink, and get dressed.

Oh yea, followed by, giving each other freehand stick-n-poke tattoos!! How cool??! Their buddy back home is a professional tattoo artists and had packed them a kit so they could make it happen.

Even loosing their rings, (or rather misplacing, because they were found a few days later), they made the best of it and pulled over to the gift shop before the park entrance to buy mood rings to use during the ceremony.

What followed was a magical evening in the beautiful Hidden Valley, listening to music, drinking champagne, loving on each other, and taking in the moment.
