Where to start! Ben and Sydney reached out to me a while back, we chatted over the phone and I loved getting to talk with them, we hit it off right away! Ben explained they were both really low-key, wanted to get married but didn’t want the production of a big wedding, he mentioned how he had just proposed on a weekend morning in their home with their pups because that’s the kind of chill people they are. They love San Diego, (since they live in Arizona) and wanted the day they got married to be a true reflection of who they are as a couple, so an elopement at Sunset Cliffs was their ideal solution.

I met them at their rental where they got ready separately on different floors all while overlooking the pacific ocean. Then we met Ben at the first look location where he was waiting patiently for his sweet bride to be. After a few portraits, we drove over to our ceremony location, where they shared their personal vows to each other, followed by a sweet champagne toast, and we had such a great time capturing portraits as the sun set. I feel like I always say this, so this is a testament to how amazing my couples are, but Ben and Sydney had the greatest energy, so kind, loving, fun, and just wholesome people!!
