Crescent Meadow Elopement

Octavia + Andrew

I arrived before sunrise into the Crescent Meadow parking lot, still dark out, and eagerly waiting for the arrival of Octavia + Andrew, so I could help set up their first look, at “their tree”, a hollowed out Sequoia. It was a bit chilly but I did get to see a black bear near the parking lot!

The morning unfolded beautifully, an emotional first look, followed by a beautiful sunrise ceremony in the meadow with only a handful of close friends + family, the sun peaked in and out the whole time. Octavia’s dad officiated the wedding with such bravado it was great (I laughed a lot) and then he sealed their marriage with the flick of a Harry Potter wand and all!

We kept the fun going as we continued shooting and exploring all along the loop. Check my favorites below xx
